Eliot’s Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence based, provide rehabilitation and hope to those in services.
Eliot is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor ( License eligible or Licensed) to provide overall clinical supervision and lead case management staff working in an outreach and residential setting.
The Clinical Supervisor works within the context of the multidisciplinary ACCS team to develop a treatment plan for each individual served.
In addition to supervising the Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical interventions to individuals.
Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members.
- Provide direct supervision to case management and direct care staff, both in the office and in the field.
- Teach and model clinical interventions, strength based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent for Persons served.
- Under the guidance senior team leadership provide recovery based services, focused on rehabilitation and each individual's preferences.
- Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals including performing assessments, obtaining authorizations, completing crisis plans and beginning the process of person-centered caring.
- Provide direct clinical interventions and adapt the individual's treatment plans as needed.
- Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating basis.
Requirement : MA degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling or one of the below licenses :
- LCSW
- LICSW
- LMHC
- LDAC I
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Salary : $70,000
Location : Office in Lexington, community based services
6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
The sign-on bonus is prorated for positions under 40 hours per week
