Job Title : Compliance Data Analyst I

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Data Analyst I to join their esteemed organization. This role is integral to ensuring the company's adherence to federal, state, and EU disclosure requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent collection, aggregation, correction, and delivery of accurate spend transparency reports

Key Responsibilities :

  • Independently gather, consolidate, rectify, and deliver precise spend transparency reports in accordance with federal, state, and EU disclosure mandates
  • Employ existing systems and tools for precise data collection and reporting, while implementing necessary updates to enhance efficiency
  • Validate licenses with corresponding state boards to ensure compliance with state-specific regulations
  • Identify procedural gaps, propose improvements, and uphold work practices for transparency processes
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of state transparency reports and European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) data disclosure reports.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and remediation associated with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act reporting

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • A minimum of three years of experience in data analysis
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with EFPIA data disclosure requirements, State disclosure requirements, and the Open Payments (Sunshine) Act
  • Proficiency in navigating and learning new systems, including Concur, Aggregate Spend platforms, and other relevant tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn analytics technology tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguities

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Prior experience in compliance
  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry
