JOB PROFILE SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly motivated Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's identity and access management solutions.

You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our IAM systems meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions for the organization.
  • Design and implement access controls, authorization rules, and role-based access policies.
  • Ensure that IAM systems meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
  • Implement & maintain Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Develop & maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Development, Operations, & Security teams to integrate IAM systems into existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to IAM systems.
  • Designing and implementing role-based access policies leveraging Active Directory, Azure AD, & Intune.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IAM technologies and best practices.
  • Through continuous improvement, recommend enhancements and help define the strategy to ensure IAM services align with business goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta is required.
  • Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Okta.
  • Experience with Local Administrator Password Solutions (LAPS)
  • Experience building Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta and Azure AD.
  • Experience with IAM automation utilizing Okta Workflow and Azure AD Dynamic Groups.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management using Microsoft Intune.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Understanding of security principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION (Required and / or Preferred) :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

FIELD OF STUDY :

Information Technology / Information Security

WORK EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES :

  • IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable.
  • Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator
  • Okta Certified Administrator
