We work with philanthropic organizations, corporations, government, and NGOs to help them understand the impact and capacity of their social investments at the community level and beyond.
KHA’s work is grounded in equity and aims to assist philanthropic clients in developing strategies prioritizing grantmaking and investments in Black, Brown, and Indigenous-led organizations and communities.
We work with multibillion-dollar funders with a reach across the sector of over $340 billion of the $1 trillion in U.S. philanthropic assets.
Potential Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that promote racial equity, organizational change, and social impact.
- Project manage scopes of work, including oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and alignment with client goals.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and program evaluation to inform best practices and support evidence-based solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings with clients and partners.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships, contribute to proposal development, and support strategies to expand the firm’s impact and reach through strategic business development.
- Collaborate with our internal team to innovate solutions, share insights, and contribute to a thriving and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications :
- Experience in consulting, program management, or a related field in the social impact sector.
- Strong commitment to racial equity, social justice, and inclusive organizational practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively on remote teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, research, facilitation, or strategic planning.
