Summary : Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as a primary resource for employees and managers, ensuring effective HR processes and managing recruitment efforts.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a combination of education and experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in human resources; manufacturing environment experience preferred
PHR or SPHR certification is an asset
Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact for one or more HR functions, providing analysis and recommendations for action
Research and recommend improvements to HR processes and assist with policy implementation
Communicate HR concepts through written communications and presentations, including developing training materials
Manage recruitment for various employee types and conduct new employee orientations
Collaborate with managers to identify and develop talent within the organization
Coach employees and managers in performance improvement plans and career development strategies
Address employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions and investigations
Work with Compensation team to ensure competitive total compensation offerings
Support outsourced FMLA / LOA processes and Workers Compensation, providing solutions to issues that arise
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
