We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen and a passion for building client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing questions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and client outreach.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and feedback.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required :
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
