About the Role :
We are seeking a visionary and experienced AI Research Manager to lead our cutting-edge computer vision research team. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in exciting areas like video generation, video editing, photorealistic avatar generation, neural rendering, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), foundation models, and diffusion models.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct groundbreaking research and implement (write code) for 30-60% of your time
- Manage a talented team of AI researchers
- Define research goals and project roadmaps, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of research implementations.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights for product development.
Qualifications :
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing research teams.
- A strong publication record with highly cited papers in prestigious computer vision and AI conferences and journals.
- Expertise in deep learning architectures and algorithms.
