Project Manager Duties :

  • Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Project Manager Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in diverse commercial projects
  • Experience working on projects valued up to $20M is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience.
