Laderach N. America is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Marketing Manager who will assist our marketing efforts across North America (US and Canada).

This role reports to the President of Laderach, North America. This is a full-time, Hybrid (4 days in office) role based in Laderach N.

America’s office in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in marketing initiatives within premium retail, ideally in fine food.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and sales.
• Promotions : Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
• Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail locations.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Customer Experience : Enhance the in-store customer experience through effective merchandising and layout optimization.
• Budget Management : Manage marketing and operational budgets effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to achieve company goals.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (highly preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in premium retail, ideally in luxury or fine food (preferred)
• Well versed in the usage of emerging and established social media and digital marketing platforms
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
• Able to maintain the highest level of service and create solutions that drive business results
• Experience with presentation / design software such as PowerPoint and Adobe Design Suite
• Must be willing to work in a start-up like environment, physically involved and hands-on
• Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally, even under tight deadlines
• Must be able to travel for role related projects and events (25%-50% travel)
