What You Will Do Increase the company's efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projects Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring Minimum of 3 years' project controls / coordination experience Excellent quantitative and analytical skills Working knowledge of the electrical industry Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment Excellent computer skills;
