Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc, a 40-year-old Professional Search and Recruiting firm, has been exclusively retained to help a Global Company search and qualify a Security Solutions Architect / Developer.
This is a new position where you will set the bar on where the company goes with Security in Software Development. This person will ensure appropriate security analysis, defenses, and countermeasures at each phase of the software development lifecycle.
You will be accountable for analyzing software designs and implementations from a security perspective, and accordingly identifying and resolving security issues.

Must Have :
- Software development background in .NET
- Software Security Engineer experience
- BS degree
- Ability to work independently - this company has a team of software engineers, but not in the security area
- Ability to work with a Global Team
- On-site presence 3 days a week, with 2 days remote, and 6 weeks remote anywhere in the world
This company will transfer H1B visas but will NOT do C2C or apply to get your H1B visa. They also offer a 10%-15% bonus, 6% 401k match, and relocation assistance.
