- This position is located in the corporate office and some travel may be required.

Compensation :
Negotiable based on experience and fit Responsibilities : Oversee the daily work of the department ensuring efficiency and quality.Onboard new employees and maintain accurate employee records.Daily communication with operations and managers to advise / coach on compliance, complaints, and performance concerns.Handle disciplinary matters and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Lead investigations and make recommendations based on investigation findings as directed.Facilitate the timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll.All HR Generalist tasks initially, and then for cross training purposes and / or as assigned as the company grows.Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing and retention.Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s HR compliance and strategy needs.Administer or oversee the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to :
training and development, compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance, talent acquisition and management, productivity, recognition, and morale.Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s systems.Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
Become the expert on in-house systems and processes.Department audits / quality control.Attend corporate meetings as required.Travel as needed.Continue to grow through experience and continuing education, and provide leadership to the HR Department.As applicable as the Company grows :
recruit, interview, hire, and train new HR staff and managers; provide constructive and timely performance evaluations for all HR staff; facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.Perform other duties as required.Requirements :
