Connecting. Growing together.Schedule : Monday Friday, 9am 6pmLocation : 15529 College Blvd Lenexa, KS 66219Primary Responsibilities : Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member / patient data.

Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy team.Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Contact patients to complete refill assessments, request payment information, establish delivery details, and set up treatment in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and / or other outpatient facilities.

Access, input, and retrieve prescription and medical / lab information from computer system.Verify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claims.

Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies.Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided.

Able to multitask and channel communication from various business partners, driving patient centric quality care.Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethicsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
