Legal Director, Marketing
As a Legal Director, Marketing, you’ll lead our collaborative effort to provide legal support and coordinate with other internal functions to ensure our business aligns to and is in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Your team will collaborate with key business stakeholders to ideate, review, and approve all promotional and creative marketing assets while working to anticipate risks and potential challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A LEGAL DIRECTOR, MARKETING
- Liaise between business units and regulators related to all promotions and creative across all product verticals and evaluate and resolve any marketing and promotional offer issues.
- Provide support to the Marketing, Product, and Compliance Teams on the interpretation of regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review terms for consumer facing promotions across multiple verticals.
- Regularly evaluate the user-facing aspects of the company’s product offerings in light of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on advertising materials and commercial messaging to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and voluntary industry guidelines.
- Gain deep knowledge and understanding of daily fantasy sports, sports betting, and iGaming laws and regulations.
- Manage and direct a team of legal professionals through prioritization of projects, operating procedures, and risk assessments.
