The Nanny Poppins Agency, a nationwide Nanny and Domestic Staffing Agency for nearly 30 years is seeking full-time, ENTHUSIASTIC AND ASSERTIVE recruiters WHO ARE LOCAL IN THE BOSTON AREA with a diligent work ethic to work as a team in a split recruitment network.
The ideal candidates should possess a sales background in staffing and strong communication, excel in task completion, adapt quickly, stay focused, and have a knack for networking to build a robust candidate pool.
Candidates need to have experience or understanding of commission only sales, will stay self-motivated to meet both agency and self-goals, and have a take charge attitude .
This role has the potential to earn 65k to 200k a year while following standard operating practices and direction from the team.
Responsibilities
Implement overall recruiting strategy following protocols
Use the resources given, learning our recruitment software through in-house training
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Make 100+ outbound calls per week to applicants (no cold calling)
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates while using company calendar
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
Act as an account manager and build influential client and candidate relationships during the selection process
Available for weekly video call team meetings and individual meetings with management, daily communication with fellow recruiters.
Promote the company as the top staffing agency
Skills Required :
Proven work experience that will translate well to an in-house recruiter / staffing agency recruiter
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to face video calls & initial phone screens)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check and credentialing)
Organizational skills are a must, being capable of obtaining weekly metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong computer skills
Experience with google docs and google sheets
Must be comfortable using a recruiting software (training will be provided and support is available)
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 + per year (COMMISSION ONLY)
Experience Needed :
Recruiting : 2+ years experience (required )
Commission based sales experience is ideal.
Work Location : Remote and in person - Must be local to Marblehead!
