Challenge Course Facilitators work with a wide variety of groups on the Challenge Course leading team building initiatives, and low and high element experiences.
Strong interpersonal abilities, time management, problem-solving, attention to details and safety, sound decision-making and technical skills are essential for the position.
Experience with rope systems, climbing gear, belaying, group management, and public speaking are preferred. The ability to work independently and cooperatively is critical, and previous or comparable experience is recommended.
This is not a full-time position; facilitators are assigned to a home crew, usually Office or Utility Crew, and work on the challenge course as needed.
