Personal Assistant & House Manager for Visionary Entrepreneur & Family

Location : Boulder, CO

About Us :

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Personal Assistant and House Manager to work with the former CEO of a prominent international company, his wife, and family.

This role will involve directly assisting both of us and our teenage children, requiring a commitment of 25-30 hours per week.

The position includes some driving responsibilities of the children, so a clean driving record is essential (driving compensation will be provided).

MUST HAVE : highly organized individual who is self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to enhance and streamline our home systems.

Given our busy schedules, it’s crucial that you can anticipate needs, work independently, and tackle tasks with confidence and efficiency.

While the primary focus will be on personal and home-related duties, there is potential for this role to transition into a business assistant position at our Boulder storefront later this year for the right candidate.

We do not have a set start date and are flexible, waiting for the right fit.

Role Overview :

As our Personal Assistant and House Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining household harmony and supporting our family’s daily and business activities.

This role involves working closey with the family. Your responsibilities will include delivering on projects weekly, creating effective systems for home management, and initiating improvements to enhance our living space and overall quality of life.

Home Maintenance : Oversee and organize home maintenance tasks, schedule appointments with trusted contractors, and ensure the efficient operation of household
