Born as a remodeler of single family homes, we've added commercial and development divisions to provide comprehensive construction services.

Job Details
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Estimator software and other relevant technology.
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry safety and compliance regulations.
- Proven track record of producing accurate and timely estimates.
