Duties Description Responsible for the Division of Environmental Permits Stamford Office administrative management and operation.
In cooperation with the Regional Permit Administrator, follow procedures and standards for managing correspondence and documents, managing regional email inboxes, returning phone calls, logging and filing applications.
The Office Assistant is expected to assist the public with general phone and email inquiries, create location maps, receive and distribute paper mail, prepare form letters, maintain files in accordance with records retention policies, maintain and update tracking lists, and general office work including scanning and filing.
