Provo City Constable's Office is looking for a licensed or certified professional Special Functions Officer to secure government & high-end facilities throughout Utah.
We have a great part-time position available in Utah County. Start at a competitive wage of $20.00-$22.00 per hour and make a difference in your community.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SPECIAL FUNCTIONS OFFICER
As a Special Functions Officer, you are responsible for observing and reporting suspicious behavior, patrolling the assigned area by foot or vehicle to prevent or detect illegal or unauthorized activities, and transporting prisoners from jails to the courthouse.
You are alert and observant and effectively screening suspicious activity and monitoring cameras. You write detailed reports about your activities while on duty.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPECIAL FUNCTIONS OFFICER
- Must be Special Functions Officer Certified, Current Law Enforcement, or retired Law Enforcement
- Certification must be current with POST
- Clean criminal background, excluding minor traffic violations
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation to get to work
- Must have a cell phone, and access to the internet for communication with the company
- Basic knowledge of computers and email
- Able to work shifts ranging from 4-12 hours in duration, depending on location
