The Social Worker provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to all patient populations and their families while serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy and assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.
The Social Worker participates as a member of the treatment team in developing treatment plans and with the UM staff communicating pertinent information to family, payer, and / or external case managers.
Qualifications Education / Training : Master's degree in Social Work required. Licensure / Certification : TN Social Work Licensure (LMSW or LCSW) strongly preferred.
Current Handle With Care (HWC) and CPR required (training provided). Experience : Two years experience in Mental Health preferred.
