Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes.
- HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish.
- Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs.
- Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units.
- Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Nate certification, preferred.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
- Valid Michigan driver's license.
