POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Partner Development Manager at Coalescence, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs) to enhance our market presence and accelerate revenue.
This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and creating partnership strategies that align with Coalescence's goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, a proven track record of developing partnerships, and the ability to execute partnership initiatives that deliver tangible business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic ISV and SI partners that align with Coalescence's business objectives and growth strategy.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to maximize revenue generation and market expansion.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring that the terms align with company goals and provide value for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to integrate partner-driven initiatives into core business strategies.
- Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and co-development initiatives with partners to enhance mutual growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partner relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, performance, and potential business impact to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage partnerships to drive revenue and support broader business development efforts.
- Ensure all partnerships are effectively integrated into the company's ecosystem and deliver measurable value.
- Manage the partner onboarding process and provide ongoing training to ensure partner success.
- Assist senior leadership with internal initiatives related to expanding partner networks and sales department growth.
