YOUR DAY AS A WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
As a Full Time Warranty Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in developing the process and managing warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve warranty-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and current records of warranty claims and resolutions.
Code labor operations and submit claims to manufacturer.
WOULD YOU BE A GREAT WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR?
To excel in the role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in automotive retail warranty management with knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
We are looking for an individual with experience in warranty administration, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication with customers and team members, highly organized and detail-oriented individual.

Automotive Retail
Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with warranty management software
Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable safe driving record
