Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $18hr

What's a typical day as a Bilingual-Admin Assistant? You'll be :

  • Providing excellent customer service and handling upset customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Performing administrative tasks such as writing, typing, and entering information into computer systems
  • Proofreading records and forms, sorting and filing records
  • Receiving money from customers and preparing deposits
  • Operating office machines such as typewriters, computers, and adding machines
  • Answering telephone calls, conveying messages, and running errands
  • Photocopying documents and distributing mail
  • Talking with customers in person or over the phone, receiving orders, and verifying contracts

Requirements :

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish
  • Have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Possess great customer service skills
  • Have previous experience in an office setting and customer service
  • Are able to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
  • Are able to lift at least forty pounds and have a good driving record
