1st Shift Float Direct Support Professional - Jefferson, WI St. Coletta of Wisconsin, a leader in providing residential, vocational, and educational services to adults with developmental disabilities, has an excellent employment opportunity for a 1st Shift Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Jefferson, WI group homes.

Responsibilities The Float DSP in our Jefferson program will assist Residential Managers with duties related to health maintenance of persons served.
This may include coordination of medical appointments, providing transportation to appointments, scanning and entering medical paperwork, communicating medical updates to appropriate parties, and completing the check-in process for medications.
The Float DSP will assist multiple Residential Managers, and must be flexible with work assignments. In addition, the Float DSP will assist with direct care of persons served.
You will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
In this role you will perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Jefferson / Fort Atkinson and surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Schedule Monday - Friday Hours will vary between 6am - 4pm May include some 2nd shift hours in order to reach 40hrs Wages Competitive starting pay of $16.
00-19.00 / hr depending on experience and education!
