You Are :

A skillful engineering practitioner and advisor. As a consultant, you will provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale, utilizing engineering experience in product development or product management, engineering function assessments, business case development and blueprinting improvement strategies including Digital Thread / Digital Twin, engineering operating model design, advanced analytics and should-cost modeling.

The Work in this role (Product Management Manager) you will :

Be part of technology delivery programs, leading the Product workstreams in the end-to-end delivery of complex and market-leading platforms and products.

  • Be comfortable in both Product Manager and Digital Product Owner roles :
  • Product Manager : Owning the product vision, defining the product roadmap and program backlog, responsibility for business case management and commercial KPIs, ensuring a test and learn approach.
  • Digital Product Owner : liaising between product manager, business stakeholders and development teams, defining business requirements to development team, owning product backlog for delivery team, owning digital product metrics and testing / optimization strategy.

Work within technology delivery projects ranging from small, collocated Scrum teams to large programs using scaled Agile methodologies across multiple locations.

  • Build solid and collaborative relationships with engineering teams, designers, architects & a mixture of senior Accenture and client stakeholders.
  • Articulate the overall goals of a project, platform or product roadmap and support delivery leads to build teams, processes and structures to help meet these end goals.
  • Create an environment and a team culture that fosters a collaborative mindset and rapid learning through leading by example.

You will also, throughout your work, have opportunities to :

  • Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5), with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external vendors.
  • Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location : Range of Starting Pay for role

California : $169,400-$196,000

Colorado : $146,300-$170,000

New York : $135,000-$196,000

Washington : $155,800-$181,000
