- Theclient is currently looking for a SR. Waterworks PlantEstimator.
- We are not your run of the millconstruction company we are constantly challenging our people to betheir best and give them a variety of projects to estimate withreal collaboration among coworkers.
- This personwill work closely with the Chief Estimator Division Manager as wellas ownership to ensure that the project are estimated correctly andthe work is performed in an efficientmanner.
- This person must be hardworking anddetail oriented.
- We are looking for a personthat is capable of thinking outside the box understands multistaged constructionprojects.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providefull estimating services on large complex treatment plant and heavycivil construction projects.
- Preparation ofproject estimates to ensure all factors are properly consideredpriced and included in the estimatesummary.
- Site visits andinvestigations.
- Conducting constructabilitystudies.
- Researching of services for methodscosts and constructiontechniques.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5plus years of construction experience with at least 35 years ofestimating
- Ability to communicateeffectively.
- Candidates must possess a strongwork ethic.
- Work independently as well as partof a team.
- Strong organizational andinterpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detailwith the ability to recognizediscrepancies.
