Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues related to our SCADA, IT and OT solutions
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key technical stakeholders within client organizations
- Work closely with clients to identify technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test customized solutions
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to SCADA, IT and OT

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management role with a focus on SCADA, IT or OT solutions, with Field Operations familiarity
- Experience working with industrial control systems (ICS) and cybersecurity best practices for ICS
- Strong understanding of network architecture and security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS)
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites throughout the project and also periodic visits after project delivery to support ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades
- Oil & Gas or Oil Field experience is a plus
