Opportunity

The Associate Commercialization Manager will lead the commercialization process and go-to-market strategy for new product launches across rapidly growing categories within Kohler Wellness.

Exceptional organization skills with a passion for innovation and executing new product launch strategies is key to the success of this role.

Specific responsibilities include managing prelaunch through postlaunch deliverables, execution alignment to ensure successful market launches and cross-functional collaboration with product, channel, brand marketing and supply chain.

The newly created Wellness Products business has been charged with becoming the premier Mind & Body Wellness provider for at home and professional spa sanctuaries.

The objective of this business is to not only grow an already wellness-centric product portfolio, but also create a clearly differentiated go to market strategy with a tailored angle to captivate the target audience with unforgettable showroom and digital destinations.

Applicants must be passionate about wellness and having expertise in the ever-growing market is a plus! Given the start-up nature of this business, applicants must possess a bias for action, an ability to continually assess with openness to pivoting as the market dynamic changes and must be team-oriented with a willingness to dive in and support with whatever is needed.

Prior start up experience is preferred.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial launch process, cross function alignment, and milestones to ensure success
  • Delivery business objectives for category including sales growth, new product vitality and market share
  • Schedule and lead cross functional meetings and associated activities
  • Create and communicate product overviews with key features, benefits, and differentiators
  • Collaborate with product managers on commercialization strategy for new products
  • Own and communicate new product launch calendar
  • Manage commercialization timelines of key assets with channel, campaign, supply chain, and Tech Comm
  • Create and collaborate on messaging matrix across categories
  • Collaborate with the channel and sales organizations on product needs, samples, and other requests to drive new product introductions
  • Partner with channel and supply chain on load in quantities and monthly forecast of new product launches
  • Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools
  • Demonstrate competency in the following : Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand, product, or channel marketing
  • Excellent product marketing experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven
  • PMP Certification preferred

Travel

Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 15-25%.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.

Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
