Position Summary
The Data Warehouse Developer has a passion for SQL Server and a desire to provide best in class database development, administration, and support to end users.
This role will primarily consist of SQL Development, Data Warehouse Development, Data Modelling, and ETL work (80%) as well as SQL DBA responsibilities (20%).
This role requires a strong desire to build clean, simple, and documented SQL processes to support various business functions.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Develop and maintain complex T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Work with BI Developers and Data Architects to source, model, and supply data
- Assist sourcing data for various data migration projects
- Model and architect tables to support development
- Develop and maintain ETL processes
- Administer SQL Server across 30+ SQL servers backups; restores; installs; and High Availability maintenance
Education & Experience
- 10+ years experience development in T-SQL writing complex queries
- 5+ years experience developing and maintaining star schemas and other data warehouse related data structures
- 5+ years experience performing DBA functions (backups; restores; installs; database tuning; etc)
- Experience modelling and profiling data
- Experience with SSIS
- Experience in Healthcare preferred
- Experience working with financial systems, data, and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with Power BI a plus
- BS / BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field

- Proven experience with Data Wareshouse Star Schema Methodology

Working Environment / Physical Environment
- This position is an onsite role
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award. The annual base pay range for this position is below.
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.
$120,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $150,000 (highly experienced) annually
