Hours available : 7 : 00 AM- 4 : 30 PM Hours may vary , Monday Thursday , Fridays may be additional depending on production

Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Experience and Requirements :
- Person must be able to read English
- Person must be able to do basic math. Will have a calculator for help.
- Must be able to count.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to write legibly.
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50#.
- Attendance is important.
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Will be getting shipping information from the office to package parts that will need to be shipped.
- Will be packaging parts for shipping based on information received from the office and putting parts in boxes or barrels then stacking barrels or boxes on a pallet(s), stretch wrapping pallet(s) then placing pallet(s) in the correct location for the carrier to pick up.
- Will also be processing paperwork for the office to use to ship the parts.
- Will be loading trucks when freight companies or customers come to pick up their parts.
- Shipping is processed based on the sales orders or other documents that are received from the office. Ship tickets must be filled out completely for all orders.
This means that the date, customer #, part#, po#, total pcs, total boxes, total weight, box or barrel size, box or barrel weight, quantity per box or barrel, wire po#, if needed, heat #, if needed, total pallets, total cartons and total weight must be filled out.
The person processing the ship ticket must also initial the ship ticket.
