We are seeking a highlymotivated Real Estate Accountant to join our growing property accounting teamin Boston, MA. This offers a blend of in-office (Monday and Tuesday) and remotework (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

As a Real Estate Accountant,you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of property-level net operatingincome and related assets and liabilities for our extensive portfolio.
Responsibilities include monthly recording of property expenses and revenues, fixedasset accounting, property acquisition entries, and preparing various financialanalyses and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree inaccounting, has 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in commercial realestate), and exhibits strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills.
