Purpose of Role : The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement with our supply base. This position will regularly communicate and visit our critical suppliers to ensure the supply base is aligned with the organization.
This position will lead cross-functional teams to address opportunities and non-conformances with product and processes related to our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supplier Performance Monitoring and Development : Involves continuously assessing and enhancing supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with quality standards, performance metrics, and organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement of Supply Chain Quality and Delivery : Focuses on systematically enhancing processes to boost product quality, optimize delivery performance, and achieve greater operational efficiency.
- Compliance to Statutory and Regulatory Requirements : Ensures adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards to maintain legal and operational integrity.
- Communication between WPVS and Supply Chain : Facilitates the effective exchange of information to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving supply chain objectives.
- Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management is required.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are advantageous.
