An ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, ownership structure issues, commercial real estate due diligence, and basic title and survey review skills for sophisticated lenders and borrowers. JV experience is a plus, but not required. This firm offers a collegial work environment, a hybrid work schedule, and a good work / life balance.

Qualifications :

• 2-7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted to the NY bar
