- Operate well in impeccably clean, efficient and organized restaurant environments A successful General Manager lives our company's culture and values and oversees all operations of your cafe from hiring, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and profitability.
In this job you will perform daily safety sensitive duties such as mixing ingredients and using sharp objects as well as operating machines and preparing food for patrons.
