Desired Background :
- 1-3 years of experience as a trust and estates attorney
- Experience in probate a plus
- Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference, conservatorships, probate, family LLCs, powers of attorney, and business advising
- Licensed to practice in Ohio
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
- Well-versed in various legal tech platforms (WestLaw, Zapier, etc)
