We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to join our client’s team as their Receptionist. This role is essential to their firm’s daily operations, and they value someone who can manage multiple tasks with care and efficiency.

Some of the responsibilities include :

  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors upon their arrival at the office.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and shipments.
  • Perform various office tasks as required.
  • Must be resilient, pleasant, punctual, professional, and adaptable.
  • Able to maintain composure in a dynamic environment and work effectively without engaging in workplace drama.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role. Experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service experience and general office administrative skills.
