We are seeking customer service driven and dedicated team members interested in beginning or continuing a career in the Retail C-Store Industry.

Summary :

As a General Manager , you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business.

General Managers are expected to have relatively open availability to support the needs of the business and effectively serve our guests.

You will receive in-depth training on all facets of the business while shadowing some of our most experienced General Managers.

When You Work :

• Day Shift : 6 AM - 4 PM (1st Shift)
• Monday through Friday, with Weekend Availability Expected
• Expected 50 Hour Workweek
• Overtime Exempt Status

What We Need :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience
• 3+ years management experience directly supervising staff
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Passion for guest service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for career development in self and others
• 18+ years of age
• Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of your home

Compensation Structure :

• Pay Range : $50,000 - $56,000 Base
• Bonuses are paid out quarterly based on store profit factors.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Ensuring best in class service is extended to all guests.
• Providing leadership and direction to the store management team.
• Attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff aligned with our culture and values.
• Training, retaining, motivating, and leading a capable store team.
• Maintaining adequate staffing levels to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensuring all required health and safety policies are met.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Things We’d Prefer :

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a C-Store and / or food service environments.
• Prior supervisory experience.
