Theircustomers are shipyards shipowners naval architects and systemintegrators all of whom are active globally. We must create closeand fruitful relationships with these companies to secure andsolidify our position as a preferred partner to thesecustomers.
Ourgoal is to be a trusted customer partner throughout the entiresales process ensuring excellent followup even after the sale iscomplete.
Typically a sales cycle spans three to nine months andour aim is to be considered and specified as early aspossible.
TheTechnical Sales Manager will be based at our office in MarysvilleWashington.
Whattoachieve
- Reviewand analyze technicalspecifications.
- Preparebids andproposals.
- Compileand prepare supportingdocumentation.
- Youare reaching and surpassing annual sales targets within designatedcustomeraccounts.

We generate and assess newleads employing various strategies to enter potentialaccounts.
- Ensuringa robust postsales process to maintain strong customerengagement.
- Weare developing close and cooperative relationships with otherinternalstakeholders.
Weare dedicated to staying ahead of market trends and regularlyproviding competitor analysis and feedback to the Research andDevelopment team.

Qualifications
- Degreeinengineering
- Strongtechnical background with a focus on detailed specificationanalysis.
- Experiencein preparing bids andproposals.
- Abilityto identify and pursue newopportunities.
- Excellentorganizational and documentationskills.
- Atleast two years of electrification or industrial experience orequivalent ispreferable.
- Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complextechnicalsolutions.
- Persistentand persuasive mindset to own and driveinitiatives.
- Abilityto travel domestically andinternationally.

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
