Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our professional team at Sigma Rehab.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), and a passion for improving the lives of our patients.
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Requirements Include :
- A graduate of an accredited PTA Program
- Current PTA License in the State of practice
- Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Duties Include :
- Measuring & recording resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
- Observe Residents and write progress reports.
- Assist Residents in carrying out specific exercises.
- Treat Residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage.
- Help Residents use necessary equipment and devices.
- Educate Residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve mobility.
- Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Contributes to the team effort.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $58,000.00 - $70,700.00 per year
