Job Overview – Postdoctoral Fellow :
Our client seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow for their expanding practice, focusing on neuropsychological and psychological assessments with a forensic emphasis.
The role includes working on cases such as traumatic brain injury, PTSD, ADHD, and more, offering professional growth and research opportunities.
Location : Mercer County, NJ
Compensation : $60,000 / year
Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Postdoctoral Fellow :
- Caseload Management : Handle forensic evaluations and treatment for patients with mild TBI, PTSD, and accident-related disorders, using psychotherapy, biofeedback, and cognitive rehabilitation under supervision.
- Assessments : Conduct evaluations for conditions like traumatic brain injury, dementia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and personality disorders.
- Forensic Work : Participate in civil and criminal case evaluations, including competency evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, and parental capacity evaluations.
- Research and Training : Engage in research opportunities and participate in weekly didactic training, team meetings, and intensive individual supervision.
Qualifications for the Postdoctoral Fellow :
- Education : Completed or near completion of an APA-accredited doctoral program and predoctoral internship.
- Training : Must have formal training and supervision in clinical neuropsychology.
