As a key contributor to the Enterprise Assurance (EA) organization, this position will collaborate with various stakeholders to create professional quality training content and assessments, write learning objectives, and utilize knowledge of instructional design practices to effectively conduct eLearning and instructor-led training programs.

The individual in this position will work independently to accomplish the above while also engaging with various stakeholders within the EA organization to establish curriculum requirements and ensure course content meets organizational needs.

This individual will also develop communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and aware of all learning content available.

The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions.

We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute.

We apply the use of innovative tools and robust processes to ensure mission and business success.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage the development of technical training curriculums across the EA organization supporting Security, Cybersecurity, Mission Assurance, ITS, and Program Management.
  • Consult and partner with stakeholders, managers, subject-matter-experts, and EA team members to assess development needs and approaches.
  • Design, develop, and coordinate EA employee development and functional onboarding curriculums and update classroom, online, and blended training.
  • In support of department growth, work with the EA Leadership Team to develop learning content that supports the department's strategic plan.
  • Ensure EA learning materials are accessible, consistent, and compliant with policies, regulations, and business requirements.
  • Ensure training materials are engaging and effective, by applying knowledge of online learning production, image handling, video production, and / or work with the Marketing & Communications team for support.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to facilitate and document Knowledge Transfer activities.
  • Manage the communication and deployment of training to ensure optimum participation and use of instructor time.
  • Develop metrics and evaluate feedback to continuously improve training offerings.
  • Collaborate and partner with the Talent & Organizational Development department to ensure consistency with corporate training strategy and procedures.
  • Share and grow knowledge; research trends and remain current with training.
  • Facilitate the set up and logistics for classes, including schedule management.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.

Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment : This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location.

Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions :

Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • BS / BA degree in a related field plus 8 or more years of related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, , Master’s Degree or , may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

  • Experience in online curriculum development and delivery for adult learners, such as Articulate 360 : Storyline and Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia, Canva, Storyboards, etc.
  • Skilled in Process Analysis and Redesign
  • Proficient with Microsoft products to produce instructional documentation, presentations, and instructor / participant guides.
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems, preferably Success Factors LMS and Peoplesoft LMS.
  • Experience in video production equipment and software to create video-based learning experiences.
  • Experience in multimedia and graphic design to create SCORM files.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage multiple development training projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication, influence, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards and initiative.
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Change Management Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design is desired.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and application of its capabilities preferred.
  • Experience working with or as part of Security, Cybersecurity, Mission Assurance, ITS, or Program Management organizations highly preferred.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $85500 - $116000

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
