Soni is seeking a proactive Associate Paralegal and Contracts Specialist to support our client's contract administration efforts.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while managing contract processes and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities :
- Review purchase orders and manage contract amendments, close-outs, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain contractor and engineering licenses.
- Organize and reconcile departmental budgets and fiscal forecasts.
- Maintain legal department files and track document expiration dates.
- Collect and manage confidential data for reports and presentations.
- Coordinate insurance matters, including claims and renewals.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by legal leadership.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or contracts role is a plus.
Skills and Abilities :
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications; familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation : $68,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
