DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the pastry team's operations in conjunction with the Head of Production.
- Fulfill all directives from the Head of Production and Director of Operations.
- Operating and maintaining our machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating positively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Organize and oversee deliveries to our locations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within pastry
- Detail orientated & motivated to be proactive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal, written and leadership skills
- Possession of a food handling certificate.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel.
