Managed Cloud Infrastructure (MCI) Industry Advisor Consultant Summary :

The Managed Cloud Infrastructure (MCI) Consultant provides you with a unique opportunity to be a part of our dynamic practice.

As an MCI Consultant, you will work directly with our highly trained consultants and have access to a large cross-section of client environments that develop your RSM career.

Many of the job responsibilities required of an MCI Consultant are directly related to providing superior support for client technology environments.

Examples of assignments include :

  • Increasing the value of RSM services through industry advisory
  • Leading strategic technology advisory sessions in financial institutions
  • Developing and maturing strategic technology plans
  • Presenting technology plans to executive teams and board of directors
  • Driving MCI and industry growth by maturing existing clients
  • Assisting with IT regulatory exam and audit responses
  • Providing CIO services in financial institutions
  • Participating in industry assessments driving MCI follow up work.
  • Improving client experience and relationships of existing RSM clients
  • Assisting the Client Technology Advisor (CTA) with industry specific topics
  • Enhancing and maturing RSM products and services
  • As a Managed IT Services Consultant, you will receive mentoring from our experienced team and have access to a variety of technology and training.

You will be exposed to several aspects of our Technology Consulting Practices, including :

  • Consulting process, tools and methodologies
  • Referenced architecture design and best practices
  • Engaging with clients and developing their IT initiatives

Basic Qualifications :

  • Degree or Certification in IT related field
  • 10 years of experience managing IT and / or operations in a financial institution
  • Familiar with standard IT practices and policies
  • Familiar with banking rules and regulations
  • Familiar with IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)
  • Eagerness to contribute.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities.

Compensation Range : $97,700 - $196,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
