A little bit about the position :
Provides outstanding administrative support to all location staff by efficiently managing the office operations. Oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the location, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and timely manner.
What you can expect in the role :
- Enhances employee morale through activities that foster a spirit of engagement within the location and that foster a sense of being a part of the practice.
- Ensures appropriate cross-training of personnel to meet the needs of the location during absences and variations of patient flow.
- Creates staff schedule and approves time off requests and timecards.
- Conduct performance reviews and staff meetings.
- Leads by example to demonstrate expectations from other team members.
- Works with Inventory Specialist to ensure supplies are in stock and there are no discrepancies in counts.
- Helps solve patient complaints and enhance patient experience.
- Confirms billing is done efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinates with clinic staff and patient care coordinators as well as company leadership to ensure location efficiency and optimization.
What we are looking for in a candidate :
- Five years' experience working in a medical practice.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Two years of management experience preferred.
- Industry experience a plus.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
