This employer is seeking a Senior Equipment Sales Representative for several Indiana Ag business locations to oversee and maintain large customer accounts and to coach / mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within the organization.
Candidate sought will have experience managing a minimum sales volume of $20M annually. Employer is willing to look outside of the Ag Equipment industry if the candidate has good knowledge / understanding of farming operations and the Ag Equipment they use.
This individual will have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced business environment where multiple priorities will be managed and a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge will be maintained.
Ideal candidate will either currently reside within general area of the business location or will be someone who grew up in the area and is now looking to return to the area and take an active role within the community.
