My client, one of the largest investment management companies in the Greater Philadelphia area is adding to their Procurement team.
The Procurement Specialist role is a long-term, hybrid position that will grant you unbelievable experience and networking opportunities within this leading investment company.
As part of this team you would supports the procurement requisition process, contract release (. PO creation) and sourcing activities

Qualifications :
- 3 years work experience with 1-3 years of procurement experience (strongly prefer indirect)
- ERP systems
- Financial coding verification
- Data analysis and auditing
- Management reporting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn and retain information regarding systems, processes, and policies
- Excellent organization and time management
- Delivering high-quality, reliable, and consistent results
- Client relationship management
Work Environment
Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, remote Monday and Friday
