Nexus Talent Connect is seeking the right Attorney for a renowned Law Firm in Tampa, FL!

We are seeking an exceptional Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious law firm in Tampa, FL. This is an in-person position where your expertise will make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle complex personal injury cases from inception through trial with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Manage 20-30 cases and oversee a portfolio of 100 - 150 cases.
- Aid firms grow by acquiring 1-2 new cases each month.
- Utilize your extensive trial experience to represent clients effectively in court. Prepare for and conduct 1-3 trials annually with superior litigation and courtroom proficiency.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated representation to ensure clients receive the justice they deserve.
- Work closely with a team of legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies. Guiding and mentoring team of litigation attorneys and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and execute litigation strategies and business development plans.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years in personal injury law, with significant trial experience and managing high volume caseload
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
- Civil Trial Florida board- Certified
- Proven history of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive Salary : Base salary ranging from $180,000- $250,000 depending on experience, before additional performance-based bonuses.
